We do not accept returns unless the issue is on our part (such as receiving the wrong item, a defective product, or a significant error in your order).

If There’s an Issue on Our End:
If you received the wrong item, a damaged product, or your order is missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We’ll offer store credit equal to the value of the affected item(s).

Store credit can be used on any future purchase at Krasherss.
How to Request Store Credit

Attach clear photos of the product and packaging, if possible.

We’ll review your request and respond within 7-10 business days.

Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
